Listening to Customers and Consumers
Our customers remain our reason for being and our top priority, which is why we are constantly striving to build and maintain a relationship of trust and respect with them, and with consumers in general. For example, through consumer associations, we conduct surveys on a variety of subjects, including customer satisfaction with our services and products, and with the service provided by our financial security advisors.
For the past five years, we have also conducted nation-wide surveys to find out about Canadians' perceptions, plans and concerns with respect to health and retirement, these being two integral aspects of our mission.
