On this site, they can:
 

• sign up for the Direct Deposit and Electronic Notice Service, a free and convenient service that allows them to:
  
   
  • have their health claim payments deposited directly into their bank account;
     
  • stop receiving and filing their paper copies of the Explanations of benefits at home;
     
  • receive an e-mail when their health claim has been processed and that an Explanation of benefits has been posted on our secure Web site.
    

• access their health claims file and consult their past claims for prescription drugs and other health care services, vision care and dental care treatments;

• use pre-completed claim forms that they simply fill out on the screen and then print;

• consult their dental predeterminations, if your contract includes this benefit;

• see the details of the Health Spending Account, if your plan includes this service.
